Foot Detox: Scam
Salt baths or foot detoxing is a supposed way for people to rid their body of toxins that lie under the skin. I have seen many posts that tell how wonderful foot detoxing is for the body. In these posts, people advertise that doing foot detoxes are essential for your overall wellbeing and that leaving these toxins will have detrimental effects. This plays on the emotion and logic of readers by scaring them into believing that not doing foot detoxes are harmful to the body.
The method states that by using the foot detox bath IonCleanse, you can "clear out the body," by giving "the hydrogen in the water a positive charge. The positive charge is said to attract the negatively charged toxins in your body." This is a scam because the body already has a natural system to rid the body of toxins.
