Community Pool Etiquette

Image result for public swimming pool

We are getting deeper into summer. The Texas heat is out in full force and that means swimming, lots and lots of swimming. If you don’t have a pool at your house or you live in an apartment complex you may be visiting you neighborhood or community pool. We all know the obvious rules of a swimming pool. Some rules may need to be discussed more than others for safety reasons. Nonetheless, there are also things that need to be discussed for disgusting reasons. Here is a friendly reminder from a concerned parent who uses a community pool often. It’s estimated “that there are somewhere between.. 1-3 ounces of pee per person in a pool”. Please take yourself and your child to an actual restroom.
