Why Is Sleep So Important?
Sleep is
very important for the health. Sleep deficiency can be bad for the health and
harm you in the long run and can control the way we react, work and interact
with others on a daily bases. It can affect how we think and act. “Getting
enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health,
physical health, quality of life, and safety.” We are so caught up with having
so many things to do during the day that we feel like we don’t have enough time
to sleep, so we can get things done, but it’s very important to get enough
sleep and take care of your health.
