Does exercise reduce stress?
Stress does
not only affect the brain, it affects your body as well. Basically if your body
feels good then so does your mind. Physically exercise is known to reduce
stress. “The physical benefits of exercise are improving physical condition and
fighting disease, have long been established, and physicians always encourage
staying physically active.” I believe it is very important to try to exercise
daily, even if you’re not able to go to the gym near you, home exercises or a
walk around the neighborhood is good exercise and relieves a lot of stress on
the human brain and body.
