Hu Shuli

China was not a place a person could be a journalist because of all the control the government had over the media. Hun Shuli went on and became a Chinese investigative journalist. “Journalism should tell the truth and let the public make their own judgment,” said Shuli. By following this statement alone, Shuli became very successful in her career. Her focus was on government corruption and exposing corporate fraud, no matter all the threats she received doing this, she believed the truth had to be known. Shuli had a great impact on the media, she stood up a continued to move up in her profession not letting anyone stand in her way of what she believed was correct.
