Robert Fisk
Robert
Fisk is a well-known journalist who writes for The Independent. Fisk has
been doing work as the Middle East correspondent for
over 40 years. In an interview in 1998 with Matthew Rothschild, he said, "U.S.
journalists I don't think are very courageous. They tend to go along with the
government's policy domestically and internationally. To question is seen as
being unpatriotic, or potentially subversive." His most recent post
is a perfect example of Fisk’s nature to go against the grain. In the article, he questions the sanity of President Donald Trump, while critiquing other leaders
within the Middle East. His writing is entertaining and at times contains
sarcasm. [1 image, 2 links, 1 quotation, 109
