"The Fifa ethics committee said that pair had demonstrated an "abusive execution." The FBI began investigating after Russia was awarded a bid for the 2018 World Cup. Ultimately Sepp Blatter and many others were found guilty of "disloyal payment" and stripped of their titles. Emails from the president of South Africa to Blatter disclosing payments were discovered in the investigation and proved the allegations explained earlier. FIFA now have new representatives and the organization is now motivated to leave this period in the rear view mirror. Improving the beautiful game is now their sole mission.
